DELIVERY INFORMATION

All Home Swiftlet orders (domestic/international) are shipped via our in-house courier. 

We charge a flat rate of  $10 for delivery within the main island of Singapore. 

Enjoy free delivery service for total purchase of $100 and above.

For delivery oustside Singapore, the respective courier fees in each country will apply.

Once payment received, your order will be delivered after 24 working hours (Working hrs : 8.30am - 5.30pm, Mon - Fri ). We will contact you to confirm the date and time for delivery.

Should you choose the self pick-up option, we will contact you for the best possible arrangement.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

Dry bird's nest

Standard Domestic Orders – 1-3 working days from dispatch
Standard International Orders – 5-10 working days from dispatch

Please note this is a guide only, and does not include any customs processing time upon arrival at the destination.

Please order one day in advance to ensure freshness of the bird's nest.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Home Swiftlet purchase.

In the unlikely event that your product does not match its description, Home Swiftlet will do a 1-to-1 exchange. 

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
